A delightful fusion of flavours, laughter, and language! Join a unique Italian Speaking & Cooking Class where you’ll unlock the secrets of the Italian cuisine and language in a cozy, welcoming venue. Join an experienced Italian teacher (Sara) and a passionate Italian Chef (Franco) in a unique experience. You'll get to make Ravioli pasta from scratch while having loads of fun learning to speak Italian in a fun way. Then you'll have your Ravioli cooked with butter and sage. VG: We make ravioli with a Ricotta and Spinach filling and a Pumpkin and Mild Goat Cheese filling. YOU GET: • Welcome snacks and soft drinks. • Dish Recipes & Chef Special Tips emailed to you. • Italian Notes: Learn everyday conversation + Food related vocabulary with Teacher Sara's practical method (Hard copy + emailed to you). • Have Your Ravioli with Butter, Sage, Cheese, and Truffle. A true explosion of flavors! BUON APPETITO! • Learn how we balance ingredients so that we can have pasta more often and stay healthy. All cooking materials will be provided, including an apron lent to you for the class duration. TIME: Sunday the 23rd of February (10 am - 1 pm) PLACE: Lakelands Community House (20 Dalona Pwy, Lakelands WA 6180) -Ground floor. PARKING: This venue has Free parking for events' attendees. DIRECTIONS: The venue is at about 1k from the Lakelands Shopping Centre. When you arrive to the Lakelands Community House, Please access from the main entrance on Jasper Way. LEVEL: These classes are Beginner-friendly, and also great for anyone who loves pasta and Italian. GF: To make pasta, we use traditional ingredients to guarantee the best outcome (eggs and flour). We can offer Gluten Free for the Tasting Part Only upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking.
