This is a six-week immersive course where you will feel like you are in Italy without being there yet. Whether you are planning to go to Italy, you wish to communicate with Italian natives, or you are looking for a cool hobby, this course is for you.

​

You will learn to speak Italian in a simple, effective way that will get your message across. In the meantime, you will socialize and have loads of fun with other Italian enthusiasts in a welcoming environment. You'll engage in amusing, practical activities such ads roleplays and group games.

When: Saturday mornings for 6 weeks

Time: 9:00 - 11:00 am

Where: Dome Café (Secret Harbour) Secret Harbour Square shopping centre.

 

You Will Master:

•             Greetings & Introductions: Introduce yourself with confidence.

​

•            Getting the Italian conversation going "no matter what".​

 

•             Ordering Food & Beverages: Practice ordering in a real, welcoming café with a delicious Italian vocabulary.

 

•             Shopping: Navigate real clothing shops with ease and learn how to ask handy questions and get answers.​

​

•             Shopping groceries: Learn how to buy ingredients in a supermarket to make your own meals in Italy and understand the cultural insights intertwined with the          language.​

​

•             Giving & Asking for Directions: Find your way around by mastering directional    phrases in a real setting.

 

•             Thinking in Italian: Discover techniques to start thinking in Italian.

 

•             Speaking effectively: Build confidence in speaking with practical role plays.

 

•             Listening to Natives: Enhance your comprehension skills with listening activities featuring native speakers.

You will also:

• Be part of an exclusive WhatsApp group with the other course members to practice what you learn. You will be able to improve your speaking skills time after time.

 

• Be given activities to practice your Italian speaking every week.
