In Italian, this is called Vicolo Lavandai. It's an alley with a washhouse located right on the canals in Milan, Italy. It's where Milanese women used to wash clothes in the old days.

Your Italian Teacher

Helping You Become an Amazing Italian Speaker

Ciao!

My name is Sara and I define myself a creative person who thinks out of the box and constantly looks for ideas to include in my lessons and classes. I believe that experiencing the language and its cultural traits through hands-on activities will always be the best way to learn speaking.

My Story

My name is Sara and I was born and raised in a town called Seveso, which is relatively close to both Milano and Lake Como. I decided to come to Western Australia in 2014, when I was in my late twenties, as I wanted to explore a new world and its opportunities.

I immediately started to teach Italian one-to-one to adults, then I started to run classes in person too, and I kept noticing that so many people couldn't really speak without feeling the need to write everything and translate their thoughts. I could see them getting repeatedly stuck and lost in translation.

I decided to develop my own teaching method and I started running practical lessons and classes where learners can eliminate their own obstacles and insecurities, talk while doing, enjoy the process and have fun.
